Refund policy

Your legal rights:

When you buy goods from a business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to cancel an order, claim a refund, obtain a replacement or return a unit for repair.

How to access your rights:

You must return any goods to us at your expense stating your Returns Authorisation Number. Contact us via sales@planefinder.net to obtain support and advice. If required we will issue you with a Returns Authorisation Number.

Goods must be returned complete, undamaged and in the original packaging. Deductions will be incurred for missing and/or damaged items and for depreciation (after 180 days).

To cancel an order prior to dispatch email us at sales@planefinder.net and we will cancel your order.
